I’m a licensed Realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Capital Area. I’m a central PA native with experience in residential and commercial real estate as well as the rental market. In addition to real estate, I have a deep and unique background in the home improvement and construction industry. During my time as a Senior Project Manager with one of the largest building materials suppliers in the US, I negotiated and executed over 1000 contracts totaling in excess of $10 million in revenue while placing in the top 5% in the nation for customer satisfaction. My customer scores and awards for customer satisfaction were my crowning achievements as they were the true indicator for how I set expectations and delivered to clients. I assisted in obtaining over 600 construction loans for customers and understand how to properly incorporate budgets into large purchasing decisions. I’m adept at marketing to a wide variety of home values, regions and demographics and excel working in highly competitive markets.
Outside of business, my wife Candice and I are self proclaimed “cat herders (parents of 2 young children)” and spend our time with family activities like soccer practices, hersheypark, the pool in the summer, kayaking, going to the creek, trips to the beach and whatever we can get into. I’ve got a wood shop and still do basic work on our cars. The latter is primarily so I still have an excuse to buy tools. I enjoy the outdoors, particularly fishing.
